Regent FE – Terms and Conditions v1-24
Customers onboarded in the US, Canada, EU and Eurozone with Accounts SWIFT/BIC TCCL accessing the accounts via https://regentfe.paydirect.io are serviced under the Currencycloud Terms and Conditions outlined below.
For Clients based in the US & Canada – Payment services, Collections and Payments Accounts and services for Regent Foreign Exchange Limited are provided by Visa Global Services Inc (NMLS #1810302) to facilitate payments in all 50 states in the US.
For clients based in the EU and Eurozone – Payment services for Regent Foreign Exchange Limited are provided by CurrencyCloud B.V.. Registered in the Netherlands No. 72186178. Registered Office: Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal 296 – 298, Mindspace Nieuwezijds Office 001 Amsterdam. CurrencyCloud B.V. is authorised by the DNB under the Wet op het financieel toezicht to carry out the business of a electronic-money institution (Relation Number: R142701).
