We may share your personal data with Arda Capital Limited an FCA-authorised firm FRN: 541623, for the purposes of processing your application, facilitating service delivery, or compliance with regulatory obligations.

1. Third-Party Application Form Disclaimer

As part of our service provision, you may be required to complete an application form hosted and managed by Arda Capital Limited (“Arda”), a third-party firm authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) FRN: 541623.

2. Informed Consent to Data Sharing

By proceeding with the application, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer of your personal and financial data to Arda for the purpose of assessing and processing your application.

3. Legal and Regulatory Basis for Sharing

We share your data with Arda in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, and applicable Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations, where such sharing is necessary for the performance of a contract or based on your consent.
