Open Banking Interface Availability and Performance

Overview

In accordance with Article 32(4) of the Strong Customer Authentication Regulatory Technical Standards (SCA-RTS), Regent Foreign Exchange Limited publishes quarterly statistics on the availability and performance of the interfaces used to access payment accounts.

  • Performance represents average system response times during the reporting period.  
  • Dedicated interface data is based on monitoring provided by our Open Banking service provider.  
  • PSU interface data is based on internal monitoring of customer-facing systems.
